Contract Floating Journey FLOATING SOUND JOURNEY AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE This agreement is made between Lara Bodero, facilitator of Coastal Verve Sound, and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in the Floating Sound Journey experience. 1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the Floating Sound Journey is entirely voluntary. I understand this event involves floating in a body of water (pool) on a flotation device while experiencing live sound healing instruments. 2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK I understand and acknowledge that participation in activities involving water carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, or other accidents that could result in serious injury or death. I aﬃrm that I have basic swimming skills and can safely navigate being in a pool with or without a flotation device. 3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this experience. I agree to immediately notify the facilitator if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time during the session. 4. MEDICAL CONDITIONS I have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may impact my participation. I understand that this sound journey may involve deep relaxation, altered states of consciousness, and emotional processing. I am participating at my own discretion and risk. 5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Lara Bodero, Coastal Verve Sound, aﬃliated facilitators, venue providers, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Floating Sound Journey. 6. HEALING DISCLAIMER I understand that sound healing is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. No guarantees of healing or specific outcomes are being made. I accept full responsibility for my own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 7. MEDIA RELEASE I consent to being photographed or filmed during the event and grant permission for such images to be used for promotional purposes by Coastal Verve Sound. I request to be tagged in any related social media posts when applicable. 8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. ⸻By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and agree to the terms freely and voluntarily.
