About Lara

Lara Sweazey is the founder of Coastal Verve Sound, based in California’s Tri-Valley. She creates meditative sound healing experiences throughout the Bay Area and beyond, including her signature Floating Sound Journeys, intimate sound ceremonies, and personalized online sound healing sessions.

A certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Akashic Records practitioner, Lara blends shamanic practices, guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and intuitive sound to create meaningful experiences of relaxation, inner exploration, and spiritual connection.

Lara is also the creator of Akashic Sound Healing, a practice she developed that combines shamanic guided meditation, intuitive sound, and Akashic energy healing. Through this unique approach, she guides participants into deep meditative states, creating space to connect with their inner wisdom, explore their intuition, and receive healing energy through sound and the Akashic Records.

Her work is deeply rooted in her own journey of healing and transformation, and the belief that ceremony, intention, and connection can become part of everyday life.

Through sound, meditation, and spiritual practices, Lara invites others to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover a deeper sense of peace.
